		<description><![CDATA[Se poate folosi branza proaspata, dar si branza veche de 2-3 zile fara nici o problema. Cat despre sarata/nesarata nu as putea sa iti spun exact pentru ca eu am incercat doar cu branza nesarata, insa nu cred ca este o problema. Daca folosesti o branza de vaci sarata in prealabil nu mai adaugi sare ulterior.]]></description>
