<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Preparare: </strong>Într-un bol amestecăm foarte bine ingredientele uscate pentru a obtine un amestec cat mai omogen.  Apoi, adăugăm uleiul, apa şi esenţa de vanilie. Mixam bine până când se obţine un aluat de consistenţa unei smântâni groase. Separat, ungem o tava cu ulei apoi o tapetăm cu făina după care adăugam compoziţia preparată anterior. Peste compoziţia din tavă turnăm dulceaţa de afine sub forma unor linii peste care vom trece cu lingura peste a crea un aspect marmorat. Introducem prăjitura în cuptorul preîncălzit până trece testul scobitorii.</p>
